Everyone faces uncertainty, disappointment and change. Resilience does not require pretending these experiences are easy. It means acknowledging what is difficult while looking for responsible ways to move forward.
Separate the facts of a situation from your interpretation of them. Identify what is within your control: your response, your preparation, your communication and the next helpful action. Where you cannot control an outcome, practice flexibility and seek support when needed.
Consistent sleep, time for reflection, supportive relationships and meaningful routines can create a stronger foundation for challenging days. Make your goals modest enough to sustain, rather than pursuing an unsustainable burst of effort.
Purpose offers direction when circumstances feel uncertain. Ask which values you want your response to express: compassion, honesty, patience or service. Small actions grounded in these values can gradually rebuild confidence.
